FamilySecure ("we", "us") provides a family location-sharing and safety-alert service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us anytime at familysecure@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Account information: name, username, and contact details you provide when creating an account or subscribing.
Location information: your device's location, only when you choose to share it with your family circle. Location sharing is consent-based — it is never collected silently or without your knowledge.
Subscription & payment status: which plan you're on and whether a payment has been confirmed. Payments themselves are processed by JazzCash — we do not collect or store your card, wallet, or account numbers.
Support messages: anything you send us via email or WhatsApp when requesting help.

3. How we use your information

To provide the core service: showing family members' shared locations, sending safety alerts, and enabling messaging.
To manage your subscription and respond to support or refund requests.
To improve and maintain the reliability of the app.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or third parties.

4. Where your data is stored

We use Google Firebase to securely store account and app data, and Google Firebase Authentication to manage logins. Firebase is operated by Google and follows Google's own security and privacy standards.

5. Family members and consent

If you add a family member to your circle, you confirm that you have their permission (or, for a minor in your care, the appropriate parental authority) to share their location within the app.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing familysecure@gmail.com.

7. Your choices

You can stop sharing your location at any time from within the app. You can also request a copy of, or correction to, the information we hold about you by contacting us.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
